Critical ability to recognise the various main taxa of invertebrates and vertebrates

Course Structure

Students will be guided in the examination of the zoological collection, also with class exercises.

Required Prerequisites

Basic knowledge (school level) of biology and zoology.

Attendance of Lessons

In presence (scheduled for 2022/23) or remote respecting the current social-health situation and related rules.

Practical identification of: Poriphera, Cnidaria, Platyhelmintes, Nematoda, Mollusca, Annelida, Arthropoda, Echinodermata, Chordata, Agnatha, Condrychtes, Ostehyctes, Amphibians, Reptilia, Aves, Mammalia.
