Expected Learning Outcomes

The course aims to provide the basic notions of human nutrition, with specific reference to the main characteristics of foods, the nutritional principles and their digestion, absorption and metabolism.
The aim of the teaching will be to provide technical knowledge that can be readily applied in clinical practice.
