INTERSHIPS

  • March 07 - May 06, 2022 - Internship of 150 total hours at INGV-Osservatorio Etneo (Catania). The internship activity was aimed at the writing of the master's thesis and was carried out through the evaluation of the dispersion of pyroclastic products emitted and deposited by Mt. Etna on the surrounding territory, with the aim of deriving the area affected by the fallout of large clasts in the areas most densely affected by tourists. Company Tutor: Simona Scollo; Teaching Tutor: Marco Viccaro.
