PhD's project:
  • Study of nucleolar structural and functional changes in physiological and pathological conditions, using human cellular lines and molecular markers such as tau protein.
  • Study of the nucleulus and its correlation with neurodegenerative disorders as Alzheimer's disease and other taupathies.
  • Study of the cell cycle and its changes after induction by molecules modifying the physiological cellular activities.
Main techniques:
Cell cultures
In vitro cell differentiation
RNA and DNA extraction
Retrotranscription
PCR e qPCR
Immunofluorescence
