Geophysics in urban areas

Academic Year 2022/2023 - Teacher: Sebastiano IMPOSA

Expected Learning Outcomes

Ability to evaluate and manage the selection of appropriate indirect survey methodologies to be adopted in urban areas. Ability to acquire and interpret geophysical prospecting data. Understanding and appropriate use of English language terminologies. Ability to use statistical techniques aimed at seismic hazard assessment. Ability to evaluate local seismic response using experimental and theoretical methods.

In addition, verification of learning may also be conducted electronically should conditions require it,
